SHIPPING POLICY
Buyer pays shipping and declared value through FedEx which is calculated upon checkout. Signature is required upon delivery. FedEx uses “Declared Value” which is similar to, but different, than insurance.
RETURN POLICY
All sales final, no returns. Buyer may exchange for same price knife or higher and pay difference if knife is more expensive within 10 days of purchase. No partial refunds on exchanges for less expensive knives.
PAYMENT METHOD
All payments are completed through secure SSL certificate supplied by Wix.com. All credit cards are accepted through Wix.com credit card processing.
CUSTOM KNIFE INQUIRIES
50% Non-Refundable deposit to start and 50% due within 10 days notice by phone, text or email that the custom order is complete.
